The staff, especially Veronica, provided exceptional service. She was attentive, welcoming, and went out of her way to ensure my comfort. Breakfast was a standout, featuring delicious dishes like avocado on toast, topped off with a delightful fresh fruit salad and yogurt. However, I faced a little annoyance with the shower pressure. it wasn’t as strong as I hoped. Despite that, the relaxing setting and wonderful amenities made me feel more at home. It's a perfect peaceful retreat after exploring the city.

The shower pressure was incredibly disappointing, and the noise from the hallway echoed throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was a lack of attention to cleanliness. the jacuzzi in the presidential suite had stains and issues upon arrival which I had to deal with myself. Overall, the staff seemed undertrained, and I didn't feel very welcomed during my stay, which was frustrating.
